Youth Leadership Programs for Teens in Staten Island

At Youth for Youths Voices Inc., our programs are designed to ensure young people ages 14 – 21 are not just listened to, but truly heard.

We create safe spaces, leadership pathways, and real-world opportunities for youth to build confidence, express themselves, and grow into empowered leaders.

Our programming is rooted in three core pillars:

Expression. Empowerment. Advocacy.

Our Programs

  • Youth for Youths Voice Circles are structured, small-group forums where young people can speak openly in a safe and supportive environment.

    Through guided discussions, youth:

    • Share experiences and challenges

    • Build communication skills

    • Practice active listening

    • Develop emotional intelligence

    • Support one another through peer connection

These circles create the foundation for confidence, trust, and community.

  • Inspired by our founding story, this interactive workshop teaches the powerful difference between being listened to and being truly heard.

    Participants learn:

    • Conflict resolution strategies

    • Self-advocacy tools

    • Emotional awareness and empathy
