Welcome to the website of Youth for Youths Voices Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.youth4youthsvoices.org/ (the “Site”), including our forms, donations, event and program registrations, volunteer submissions, mentoring inquiries, and related content and services.
By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
Youth for Youths Voices Inc. is a nonprofit organization that supports youth ages 14–21 through programs, mentoring, leadership development, advocacy, events, and related community initiatives.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting forms or making donations.
You may use the Site to:
learn about our organization, programs, and events
contact us
sign up for updates
submit volunteer interest forms
register for programs, events, or mentoring-related opportunities
make donations
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Site in violation of any law
submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information

Forms and Submissions
The Site may include contact forms, volunteer forms, donation forms, newsletter sign-ups, and registration forms for events, programs, mentoring, or related opportunities.
By submitting a form, you agree that:

you have the right to provide the information submitted
submission does not guarantee acceptance into any event, program, volunteer role, mentoring opportunity, or other activity
we may contact you about your submission, donation, registration, or inquiry
Youth Programs and Minors
Because our organization serves youth ages 14–21, some participants may be minors. Certain programs, events, mentoring opportunities, or volunteer activities may require additional eligibility review, parent or guardian consent, waivers, or other documentation.
Submitting a form through the Site does not by itself confirm participation.
Donations
If you make a donation through the Site, you agree that:
you are authorized to use the payment method provided
the donation information you submit is accurate
donations are voluntary
unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations are generally non-refundable
We may send donation confirmations, acknowledgments, and tax-related receipts or disclosures as required.
Donations may be processed by third-party payment providers.
(We currently use Squaarespace Payments for collecting Donations on our website)
Volunteer Opportunities
Submitting a volunteer form does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer. Volunteer roles may be subject to screening, training, scheduling, interviews, background checks where appropriate and permitted by law, and organizational policies.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend, or end volunteer participation as appropriate.
Programs, Events, and Mentoring Information
Information on this Site about programs, mentoring, events, leadership development, support services, and related activities is provided for general informational purposes.
Site content is not medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service.
We may change, postpone, limit, or cancel programs, events, Site features, or opportunities at any time.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, images, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Youth for Youths Voices Inc. and are protected by applicable law. Squarespace states that intellectual property rights should be respected on its platform and expects site owners to do the same. (Squarespace Help)
You may view or print limited portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial, educational, or nonprofit-supporting use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Site may include or link to third-party services such as payment processors, social media platforms, maps, videos, scheduling tools, and embedded content. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Disclaimer
This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We also do not guarantee that all information on the Site will always be complete, current, or suitable for every situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youth for Youths Voices Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid to us through the Site in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
(b) $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where federal law applies.
